一句话：一念把你创建的全部内容保存在你自己的设备上。没有账号，没有服务器，我们不收集、不上传、不追踪你的任何数据。
一念（英文名 Mote）是一个安静的个人任务工具。我们相信，最好的隐私就是「根本没有把数据交出去」。这份政策说明一念如何处理信息——其实，简单到几乎没有什么要说的。
01适用范围
本政策适用于 App Store 上的「一念 / Mote」iOS 应用（下称「本应用」）。它不适用于第三方网站或服务。
02本应用保存什么，存在哪里
你在一念里创建的内容，全部保存在你的设备本地（使用 Apple 提供的设备端存储 SwiftData），包括：
- 任务：标题、日期、所属标签、完成 / 中止状态、排序与时间。
- 你的标签：自定义的名称与颜色。
- 偏好设置：每周起始日、语言、外观（浅色 / 深色）、完成震动、农历与节日显示等。
- 可选的生日与预期寿命：仅用于「年视图」上的人生刻度，存在本机，不会上传。
这些数据始终留在你的设备上，不会发送给我们，也没有一个属于我们的服务器去接收它们。
03我们收集什么
不收集任何个人数据。具体而言：
- 无需注册、无需账号、无需邮箱或手机号。
- 没有分析统计、没有使用行为追踪、没有广告、没有第三方追踪 SDK。
- 不收集设备标识符，不获取你的位置、通讯录、相册或麦克风。
因为数据从不离开你的设备，所以也没有什么可被共享或出售——我们手里什么都没有。
04第三方
本应用不内置第三方分析、广告或追踪组件。我们不会把你的内容分享、出租或出售给任何人。
05iCloud 与系统备份
如果你把 iPhone 备份到 iCloud 或电脑，一念的本地数据可能像其他应用一样被一并纳入该备份。这个备份由你掌控，受 Apple 的隐私政策与 iCloud 条款约束，我们无法访问。
本应用当前不提供跨设备云同步。若未来版本加入 iCloud 同步，你的数据将通过你自己的 iCloud 账户（Apple 的 iCloud / CloudKit）同步、与你的 Apple ID 关联、受 Apple 隐私政策约束；我们仍然不会有任何能看到你内容的服务器。启用此类功能前，我们会先更新本政策。
06App Store 与 Apple
当你下载或评分时，Apple 可能依据其政策收集相关信息。这发生在你与 Apple 之间。作为开发者，我们至多能看到 Apple 提供的匿名、聚合统计（如下载量），永远看不到你的个人信息或你的任务内容。
07儿童隐私
本应用不向任何人（包括儿童）收集个人数据，适合各年龄段使用。
08你的控制权
你的数据就在你手中：删除某条任务即可移除该条；删除本应用即可从设备上移除它的全部数据。我们这边没有可供你查询或要求删除的内容，因为我们什么都不持有。
09政策更新
若本政策有变更，我们会更新顶部的日期；对于重大变更，会在应用内或本页加以说明。

The short version: Mote keeps everything you create on your own device. No account, no servers — we don’t collect, upload, or track any of your data.
Mote (一念) is a quiet, personal task tool. We believe the best kind of privacy is simply never having your data in the first place. This policy explains how Mote handles information — which, happily, is almost nothing to explain.
01Who this applies to
This policy covers the “Mote / 一念” iOS app on the App Store (the “app”). It doesn’t cover third-party websites or services.
02What Mote stores, and where
Everything you create in Mote is stored locally on your device, using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData). That includes:
- Tasks — their text, dates, tags, completed / stopped state, order, and timestamps.
- Your tags — the names and colors you define.
- Preferences — week start day, language, appearance (light / dark), completion haptics, lunar & holiday display, and the like.
- An optional birthday & life expectancy — used only for the life scale on the Year view, kept on device, never uploaded.
This data always stays on your device. It is never sent to us, and there is no server of ours to receive it.
03What we collect
No personal data at all. Specifically:
- No sign-up, no account, no email or phone number required.
- No analytics, no usage tracking, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDKs.
- No device identifiers collected; no access to your location, contacts, photos, or microphone.
Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing to share or sell — we simply don’t hold anything.
04Third parties
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking components. We do not share, rent, or sell your content to anyone.
05iCloud & system backups
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, Mote’s local data may be included in that backup, like any other app. That backup is controlled by you and governed by Apple’s privacy policy and iCloud terms; we have no access to it.
The app currently offers no cross-device cloud sync. If a future version adds iCloud sync, your data would sync through your own iCloud account (Apple’s iCloud / CloudKit), tied to your Apple ID and governed by Apple’s privacy policy; we still would not operate any server that can see your content. We’ll update this policy before enabling any such feature.
06App Store & Apple
When you download or rate the app, Apple may collect information under its own policies. That happens between you and Apple. As the developer, the most we ever see is the anonymized, aggregate statistics Apple provides (such as download counts) — never your personal information or your tasks.
07Children’s privacy
The app collects no personal data from anyone, children included. It is suitable for all ages.
08Your control
Your data is in your hands: delete a task to remove it; delete the app to remove all of its data from your device. There is nothing on our side to request or erase, because we hold nothing.
09Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top; for material changes, we’ll note it in the app or on this page.
