我的数据存在哪里？需要账号吗？Where is my data stored? Do I need an account?
全部存在你的设备本地，不需要任何账号、邮箱或登录。一念没有服务器，不收集、不上传你的数据。详见隐私政策。Everything lives locally on your device. No account, email, or sign-in needed. Mote has no servers and never collects or uploads your data. See the Privacy Policy.
怎么新建一条任务？How do I add a task?
点某一天日期行右侧的 +，或直接点那一行的任意位置，就能向当天添加。新建只问标题；标签和日期都是可选的——一步到位。Tap the + at the end of a day’s row, or tap anywhere on that row, to add to that day. New tasks only ask for a title; a tag and date are optional — one step and done.
「待安排」是什么？What is “Unscheduled”?
新建任务时如果不指定日期，它会停在最顶部的「待安排」里，等你有空。想做的时候，把它拖进某一天，或长按选「编辑」给它安排个日期。If you add a thought without a date, it waits at the very top in “Unscheduled.” When you’re ready, drag it into a day, or long-press and choose Edit to give it a date.
怎么完成、编辑或删除任务？How do I complete, edit, or delete a task?
点一下任务即标记完成（再点一次取消）。长按任务弹出菜单：完成 · 中止 · 编辑 · 删除。完成与中止的任务会轻轻沉到当天底部。Tap a task to complete it (tap again to undo). Long-press a task for the menu: Done · Stop · Edit · Delete. Completed and stopped tasks settle gently to the bottom of the day.
怎么把任务挪到别的一天，或调整顺序？How do I move a task to another day, or reorder?
长按任务后拖动：在同一天内拖动可重新排序；拖到另一天的日期行（或月历某格）即改到那天；拖回「待安排」则去掉日期。也可以长按选「编辑」直接挑日期。Long-press, then drag. Drag within a day to reorder; drag onto another day’s row (or a cell in the month grid) to move it there; drag back to Unscheduled to remove its date. You can also long-press → Edit and pick a date.
怎么在 周 / 月 / 年 之间切换？How do I switch between week, month, and year?
点头部的「周 · 月 · 年」分段控件，或用双指捏合 / 张开缩放。左右横滑翻看上 / 下一段。离开当前这一周时，底部会出现「回到当周」。Tap the week · month · year control in the header, or pinch to zoom between them. Swipe left / right for the previous / next period. When you’ve drifted from this week, a “This week” button appears at the bottom.
有深色模式吗？支持哪些语言？Is there a dark mode? Which languages?
有。在设置 → 外观可选「跟随系统 / 浅色 / 深色」。语言支持简体中文与 English，可在设置里即时切换，也可跟随系统。还可选择每周从周一或周日开始，并显示农历、节日与节气。Yes. Under Settings → Appearance you can pick System / Light / Dark. Languages are 简体中文 and English, switchable instantly in Settings or following the system. You can also start the week on Monday or Sunday and show lunar dates, holidays, and solar terms.
能多设备同步、备份或迁移数据吗？Can I sync, back up, or move my data?
当前数据保存在单台设备上。把 iPhone 备份到 iCloud 或电脑时，一念的数据会随设备备份一并保存，换机恢复后即可带回。跨设备实时同步（iCloud）正在计划中，上线时我们会更新隐私政策。For now your data is kept on a single device. When you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, Mote’s data is included and comes back when you restore on a new phone. Real-time sync across devices (via iCloud) is planned; we’ll update the Privacy Policy when it ships.
需要什么系统版本？What iOS version do I need?
一念需要 iOS 17 或更高版本的 iPhone。Mote runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
